Knotts Berry Farms annual Halloween fright fest will debut tonight, Sept. 22, at 7 p.m., ending at 1 a.m. the next morning. Because of a new park policy, Sunny Hills students and minors 17 and under will be banned from enjoying Knotts Scary Farm unless they are accompanied by an adult 21 years or older.
