Kayla Hong, Business Team
Excited for her first year on The Accolade staff, junior Kayla Hong joins The Accolade as a business team member. Through this position, she hopes to achieve enough funding to support the publication and make new connections with her peers.
Outside of The Accolade, Hong is involved in many clubs — one of which, she cofounded: Hope for Hunger. She also likes to hang out with her friends and nap with her pet cat.
Emily Lee, Assistant News Editor
Looking forward to her second year on staff, junior Emily Lee strives to maintain The Accolade’s award-winning reputation as a social media team member and reporter. She hopes to write stories that keep students informed and engaged.
Outside of the newsroom, Lee is a part of the tennis team and multiple clubs. She enjoys spending time with her friends, going on walks and volunteering.
