Alice Chae, Assistant Feature Editor
After serving as a social media team member and staff reporter during her sophomore year, junior Alice Chae looks forward to contributing to The Accolade in her second year on staff. She hopes to grow as a writer and create valuable memories over the next year.
Outside of The Accolade, Chae enjoys playing tennis and listening to music. She also likes to volunteer in her community and take part in club activities.
Lauren Kang, Managing Editor
Senior Lauren Kang returns to The Accolade, excited for the new year as the managing editor. She hopes to support the editors-in-chief and help elevate the program. As the Sports editor her previous year, Kang hopes to use her experience to grow the online website as well. She strives to continue to gain knowledge of journalism and apply it to different stories.
Outside of The Accolade, Kang is also involved in the cross country and track teams at Sunny Hills. In her free time, she enjoys going to cafes with friends, listening to music and trying new foods.
