Senior Connor Irons (center) wears an Air Force Academy jersey while standing next to his parents and holding a California flag. The three celebrated Irons’ commitment to play football for the Air Force with a full-ride scholarship during their visit to the military university in Colorado earlier this summer. Irons has played as a defensive end on the football team for four years, being the captain for his senior year.
