About the Contributors
Soojin Cho, Copy Editor
After successfully wrapping up Journalism 1, junior Soojin Cho is excited to enter The Accolade staff as one of the copy editors. During her time as a cub reporter, Cho took several opportunities to write for the school magazine and the online website. Although she is still learning, she hopes to contribute to the publication while strengthening her journalistic skills.
Outside of The Accolade, Cho is one of the vice captains for the school's Science Olympiad team and a co-founder of the Bio Club. In her free time, she enjoys watching films and listening to music.
Nicole Park, Feature Editor
After undertaking the role of copy editor during her first year on staff, junior Nicole Park is thrilled to continue contributing to The Accolade's award-winning legacy as this year's Feature editor. Park was inspired by the broad range of topics encompassed by the section and can't wait to polish her writing further by taking on the editor position. As an experienced staffer, the junior hopes she can lead by example and help produce quality work to the best of her abilities.
Outside of the newsroom, Park is involved in clubs and organizations including Bio Club and Literacy for Youth. She also loves collecting stationery items, going out for food with her friends and watching Korean dramas.
