Since sophomore year, senior Karen Lee has been part of The Accolade staff, contributing as an artist. In her previous year, Lee was an assistant graphics editor but has since been promoted to be the newspaper's online graphics editor. She has worked on both print and online articles as well as the magazine that was produced in her sophomore year. Though Lee has no future plans of majoring in art, she enjoys painting nature and sketching in her notebook. Aside from art, Lee actively volunteers for the disabled ministry at her local church.
