This is the top portion of a work permit application provided by schools in the Fullerton Joint Union High School District. Businesses or students may not be aware that according to California's education code, anyone employed under 18 must seek a work permit, which the person's school issues; the employer must then keep on file the permit as evidence that the business is in compliance with the education code.
