To promote civic engagement, the Orange County Registrar of Voters has been setting up information booths like this one at the University of California, Irvine, on Thursday, Oct. 10. Those eligible to cast a ballot but haven't registered can still do so on Election Day Tuesday, Nov. 5, by visiting any voting center in the state.
