About the Contributors

Rachel Yoon, Photographer
Sophomore Rachel Yoon is excited for her first year on The Accolade team. Yoon loves to take pictures, and she hopes that her photos will elevate the award-winning paper.
Besides photography, Yoon enjoys quality time with her family and friends. She also loves going to church and volunteering in her community.

Chloe Kang, Photo Editor
Junior Chloe Kang spent her sophomore year as a photographer for The Accolade. This year, she returns as the photo editor and is looking forward to working with new staff and her new opportunities. During her first year on staff as a sophomore, Kang placed second in the Orange County Journalism Education Association competition for photography.
Outside of The Accolade, Kang enjoys playing volleyball and drawing. This year, she hopes that students will spend more time appreciating the art done for The Accolade and wants to see more people taking an interest in the stories.
